[resolved] Unfortunately this plugin only shows a portion of active plugins (11 posts)

The plugin only shows a partial list of active plugins. :( I have deactivate most of the plugins to check for any conflicts.

What parameters are you using? Mine is listing all my active plugins without an issue.

    David.

I deactivated most and it still would not display all the plugins. I will try another site.

Question: Why do certain plugins not work on one site, but will on another site - same version of WP and template?

I have used the "Garbage Plugin Cleaner" and database optimizers and still do not know why this happens.

    Regards,

    Ron

I don't know Ron. Are they with different hosts? Otherwise it could be down to configuration or a clash of plugins (or do they have the same plugins too?).

I run a number of WordPress sites and haven't experienced this issue.

If you've added the shortcode to a post or page, could you provide me with the URL so I can see what's being output? What parameters on the shortcode have you used and how many plugins to you have?

    David.

Hi David and thank you for your responses.

We have a dedicated server and have several WP installs. I see that [pluginlist show="active"] works fine on one site but does not on another. Here are the measures I've taken:

A - Deactivated all plugins before testing on the site

B - Deactivated and un-installed plugins which do not exist on the sites which show all of the plugins listed

C - Re-installed WordPress via the admin panel

D - Used Plugin Garbage Collector

    E - Performed database cleaning

The results is that the site in question still will not completely show the plugin list. Is there a folder that I must also remove that may contain php or js files that may be in conflict?

    Best of regards,

    Ron

    Ron,

Are you able to answer the last set of questions - do you have a URL where I can see it? What parameter did you use? etc

    David.

    Hi David,

The URL belong to a client - so I asked if you would contact me so that I may give the URL to you and also access.

    Hi Ron,

    That would be great.

No, no logos other than the banner used on the WordPress page.

    David.
