• I had tried to give this plugin a couple of times however it has let me down with bugs and I in the end paid for a plugin I didn’t use. First issue was the plugin advertised as being compatible with WPML Multi-Currency, however when you set a minimum discount spend it doesn’t take into account the currency and just sets the dollar value. (For example, a customer with $1000 AUD or $1000 TWD will activate the same minimum spend) It didn’t take into account the conversion, even though I had the conversion rate fixed as per their recommendation. I did help troubleshoot this and modified the code to fix the problem and passed it to support, not sure if it made it into the product in the end.

    However the second issue was a real deal breaker for me, as a wholesale plugin it is expected that wholesalers will have lots of products in their cart. At around 20-30 products in the cart the cart freezes and times out. I kept contacting support about this, but they didn’t seem that interested in looking at what was causing this. I know its the premium plugin that is causing it, because when i disable just the premium price plugin, the cart starts working (The free version has no problems). The moment I turn it on, it starts causing problems. Its only sproradic too, so its not all customers, just some. The suggestion from support was that I need to upgrade my plan and it was a performance things… with no proof to back that suggestion up. I was on the platform that can not be named and their performance was fine. Again I find it hard to believe that as a wholesale plugin it can’t handle wholesale customer order quanitity on even a basic plan. (I do not have lots of traffic on my site). The support person in the end just ghosted me… and I decided to give up on the plugin and stopped the renewal. Just wasted money on this, was very disappointed
