This used to be an amazing plugin, and the switch to monthly subscription with majority of plugin functions being transferred to the internal Etsy360 website was not a problem for a while. However, as of a few months ago, various issues appeared – items in embedded single category display didn’t link to individual item pages for a while, though that eventually (after way too long) got resolved. The latest problem is that the item & category list are not refreshing any more. My many requests for help in the last few months have gone unanswered.
*Update 01/31/25: I still haven’t received any replies, but the item & categories lists are now refreshing again. However, links to individual items pages from category pages are now again broken. Sigh. The support is dismal.
