Hi there,
Apologies for delay, I had covid which seem to have weakened the immune system and got into some bacterial lung infection, so I’m coughing my lungs out a month, normally I try to reply promptly.
I’m coming back in action and happy to help!
If the password area is not displayed on checkout this most likely means that the “Encrypt PDF” feature is off OR the order is under Processing status, not as Completed, which can be solved by installing the Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders plugin and set it to complete orders for Virtual goods (remember to tag the ebook product in woocommerce as virtual in the product editor).
If you are not sure how to proceed, I can help you if you send me some login information via our secure form on the site.
Kind regards,
Deyan

Hello Deyan,
The password field itself is displayed at checkout, but no password is shown; the password (%%Password%%) is simply empty.
PDF encryption is active, the status is set to complete, the Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders plugin is active and set to virtual goods, and the eBook is also declared as a virtual good in WooCommerce.
When I define a password myself, it is displayed—but when the encryption is set to use the email, no password is displayed.
I am testing in PayPal Sandbox mode (payment plugins for PayPal WooCommerce).
Get well soon.

You really should work on your communication speed—I think you would sell more then. I didn’t even receive a response to my support request via email on your site.
As I said, no password is displayed—neither in the password field after checkout nor in the email itself. However, the document is correctly password-protected with the email address.
Hi there, I’m back in action and released an updated version, I did test during development and this seemed resolved, but I will test again now to make sure.
