    Hi.
    I have this error message when i try to submit an inquiry.
    I’m using the free version of the plugin.
    I’ve used it before in the past, on another website, and it worked flawlessly. I can’t find the problem here.
    I’ve tried what was sugested in the other post with the same issue
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unfortunately-a-server-issue-prevented-delivery-of-your-message-3/
    That topic is marked closed, that is why i opened a new one (sorry).

    I’ve added
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    to the wp-config.php, but there is no debug.log file in my wp-content folder.

    The website is using https on both front and backend.
    I’m also using WPML. Could that be the problem?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Please check if you can send any other normal emails from your site or if those emails also show the same issue above.

    Hi.
    Yes i can.
    I can send emails from the contact page (contact form 7) in both english and native language versions.
    I have also tried another product inquiry plugin, and that one works.
    But i want to use yours, as it is the best i’ve come so far.
