Unexpected error when running wizard

    I have successfully set up Post SMTP on all my sites apart from one, where I get an unexpected error message when running the wizard.

    Upon starting the wizard, I get a pop up that says:-

    “An unexpected error occured
    “ReadyState”: 4,…..

    After the pop-up, it just hangs on “outgoing mail server hostname” and nothing happens.

    Setting up manually results in a failure to send message.
