# Unexpected Error Message

 * I am attempting to upload the Divi Theme onto my website and am getting the following
   message:
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.
   org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please 
   try the support forums.
 * Try Again
 * I suspect I have an adware somewhere on my site since my antivirus finds it.
 * Also attempted to upload Wordfence and could not do so from within my plugin 
   search section. There I get the following message: Error: Multiple pixels with
   conflicting versions were detected and showed 3 links to Facebook events with
   3 different numbers. I was still able to upload Wordfence from my computer, after
   having downloaded it from the wordpress site.
 * Do I need the premium WordFence to get rid of this adware/malware?

 * Thanks for your reply, I was able to install WordFence and activate it and now
   it is in learning mode for about one week.
