# Unexpected Error — Cannot Search Themes/Plugins

 * Hi,
 * Having an issue with bankruptcy-divorce.com/bankruptcy-blog/
 * I cannot use the importer, search for themes or plugins (basically, anything 
   that requires connecting to WordPress.org).
 * It’s a fresh WP install, and I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing, as well
   as replacing the /wp-admin and /wp-includes folders/content.
 * Thanks for any help on this issue.
 * This is the error message:
 * An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this
   server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support
   forums.

 * Just to update: I tried installing 3.3 and now receive a different error when
   trying to complete the listed actions:
 * An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.

 * I think you need to speak to the hosts. They seem to be blocking the requests
   to wordpress.org.
