    No need to worry @fkwong,

Just ftp to plugins and rename users-ultra folder to anything. I would just go with users-ultra-1. Then you will be able to access the admin area. WordPress will automatically disable Users Ultra because the plugin won’t be found.

Once you do that, then you can go back to ftp and remove the -1 and the plugin will be available in plugins and you can activate it again.

I would immediately go to the Settings tab and uncheck the redirect for login until you make sure you have things set up the way you want them set up.

I am not understanding how if your credentials are correct you can’t log in. But, try what I suggest. That should get you back in if you are able to log in.

brilliant thanks 🙂 I’ve gotten accessnow.

On the can’t log on side of things, whatever i put into the login fields(valid username/password combination or not) it just goes back to the login page despite setting a redirection after a successful login at the UU dashboard settings.

I’ve attached a photo for clarity.

By chance have you run the “Sync” for existing users?

Yap but still no luck, the url however is changed to the following which makes sense for the redirect. Seems like it could be something to do with the authentication in the php ‘if’ statements?

    from: http://xibomarketing.com/login-page/
    to: http://xibomarketing.com/login-page/?redirect_to=http://xibomarketing.com/wp-admin/

    Hi,

I’m just following up on this issue.

You said that you’re not being able to login as admin if you activate the redirection?
Please explain the issue a little bit so i can help you.
    Thanks

The page refreshes but it doesnt log me in. This applies to both login pages with redirection or not.

    thanks

    Hi,

Please send me admin credentials of your WordPress to support_d@usersultra.com.

I’m sure it has to be a setting issue in your WP admin.

    Thanks
    UU
