Hi @lojakiwy
There doesn’t seem to be any price listed on that page that you linked to. Can you check if the link is correct?
Sorry, as the site is under construction that page ended up being deleted as it was just a test product. Please check this link: https://kiwy.com.br/produto/quadro-dbs-goku-is/
In fact, I believe that the underline below prices was already like this since the beginning, I had not seen it.
Thank you very much in advance! I hope you can fix it …

Hi @lojakiwy!
I had a closer look at this and what is happening here is the default behaviour, since this is a sale price. If you don’t want the original price strikethrough to show, you’ll need to use some code to remove it.
You’ll find some code here:
https://elextensions.com/knowledge-base/how-to-hide-striked-out-price-on-product-and-shop-page-in-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts-plugin-for-woocommerce/
Here is how to add code to your site:

Cheers!
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

I don’t think that this resolved issue. I am experiencing the same thing. Using Hello Elementor theme also.
The thing is that you can’t remove sale price underline via CSS. It should be done probably via functions.php. I am not so familiar with depth coding so if you can please help.
Links above are for removing strikethrouh from regular price. I thing that similar principle should be used for sale price.
Thanks in advance for help 🙂
