  • Last week I installed PmPro after trying several other membership plugins who made great promises but didn’t deliver. Yours by far, has the best indepth reports. I was anxious to begin reviewing information after inviting a small group to test the site. But now I’m really confused by a few things.

    The views this month and cancellations are the most obviously distorted.

    Views this month:
    I currently have less than 5000 hits per month on this site, but it’s showing 19,284. I suspect the 46 logins is fairly accurate, but is probably also counting my own login as admin.

    It’s reporting 159 cancellations over all time, but zero this year. When I look at the detail reports, there’s no record of cancellation at all. And of course, having only installed the membership plugin this week, I would assume that if any were being reported, they would show up in the current month.

    Do you know what could be causing this? Is it possibly a bug? I’m really counting on the reporting, and really don’t want to have to search for another membership solution again. Crossing my fingers this is something easy to fix.
