Under version 3.4.4 I can no longer find the PayPal menu

Hi,
I’ve updated your plugin WooCommerce from version 3.2.1 to 3.4.4, here I noticed the following.

– old version 3.2.1 under woocommerce / settings Menu item “Checkout” (still available), further down Menus:

Settings for order and payment process | PayPal | Bank transfer | Cash on delivery | Check payments | Direct debit | bill

– new version 3.4.4 under woocommerce / settings menu item “Cashier”, stands for this “payments”, further down there are the menus:
Settings for order and payment process | PayPal | Bank transfer | Cash on delivery | Check payments | Direct debit | Bill no more.

My question, how do I get in the new version of the no longer existing “PayPal Button”, there I would like to enter the “payment fee” of 1.00 Euro, which was possible with the old version.
