Sorry to hear it! I’m having our developers take a look.
Is there any way you can email links and/or screenshots (of your Luminate setup within Gravity Forms and/or of error messages) so we can better troubleshoot? If at all possible, we’d love to have credentials and could send you a form to submit them securely — but we know that’s a bit tougher to share with virtual strangers.
Please send screenshots, links, etc via email to support@cornershopcreative.com and I can give you additional information for credentials if you’re able to share.
That’ll be the best way for us to assist since we can’t quite figure out what could be wrong without seeing the site or backend.
@cornershop The error is due to changes in the preg_replace()
since PHP 7.3.
This article describes it: https://nabtron.com/error-compilation-failed-invalid-range-character-class-offset/
Based on that your developers will know how to fix the instances of preg_replace()
used across the plugin code base.
@elvismdev
This one was my bad — I touch based with our developers after writing that and they’ve already updated the plugin with a fix. I’m just waiting for the code to be reviewed and pushed to the WP plugin repository so all users can upload the fix.
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!
Monica
@elvismdev Our update that fixes the issue is now available: https://wordpress.org/plugins/integration-for-luminate-and-gravity-forms/
Please let us know if you need anything else? Emailing support@cornershopcreative.com is the fastest way to go, but this forum works too.
