“Under maintance” message

Hi,
during an update of some components, with my fault, I’ve pressed a link before all the process was concluded.

Now, as you can see, there is the page of maintance even if the update process was completed.
Which is the db voice to eliminate the “maintance page” and return to log in to administrator and restore everything?
