# Undefined variable – wordpress 5.0.3

 * I updated wordpress today to 5.0.3 and this message appeared “Notice: Undefined
   variable: ex in /home4/pornvi98/public_html/wp-content/plugins/multi-column-tag-
   map/mctagmap_functions.php on line 389”.
 * That´s a first with plugins… I´m newbie in wordpress environment… In this case…
   I have to alter the code by my own risk?

    Everything fine now. Version 15.0.6 solved all errors. I 
   don´t need to set show_pages=”no” for tag index anymore?

 * cool. glad it worked.
 * you only need show_pages=”yes” if you want to show pages. By default, the plugin
   shows tags, which is what you are wanting to do. It doesn’t hurt anything but
   it’s redundant.
