Every time a page is loaded, the StCR error log will record this:

 [ERROR][2020-11-23 15:57:45] - An error occur, here is the detail information
 [ERROR][SEVERITY]    - 8
 [ERROR][MESSAGE]     - Undefined variable: output
 [ERROR][FILENAME]    - C:\inetpub\example.com\wp-content\plugins\subscribe-to-comments-reloaded\wp_subscribe_reloaded.php
 [ERROR][LINE NUMBER] - 1724

It seems to have been introduced with version 200626, where function move_form_with_js() has been introduced/change.
