    I have just installed this on a new site, and get a warning message:

    I gust got these messages:

    Notice: Undefined variable: no in /my.site/wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager/database-manager.php on line 102

    Notice: Undefined variable: row_usage in /my.site/wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager/database-manager.php on line 110

    Yap that is my bad for all the notices, havent got a chance to fix it. Those are safe and can be ignored by setting WP_DEBUG to false.
