Undefined Provider=facebook

Hi,
I am using your great social plugin on my site. It works great except on the phone the facebook login seems to have an issue. When I click to login with facebook I get another tab with site_name/undefinedprovider=Facebook.
When you go back to the orignal tab everything is ok and you can login. Is there a way to stop the new tab from happening?
