    My error logs are filled with this:

    [19-Mar-2020 11:21:00 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/——/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redirection/models/url-request.php on line 28

    What URL is being requested? What redirect do you have configured for that?

    There are few, generated 5+ years ago…
    The problem is a result of some update.
    Can I simply deactivate the plugin assuming the search engines
    already recorded the redirection?

    I couldn’t say if you should deactivate it. A redirect only functions when the plugin is active.
