Undefined offset: 1

    I updated our site to PHP 7 and updated Avada theme to v6.1.2. Now web pages that have Form Maker forms show this message.

    Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home4/richmond/public_html/rhas/wp-cntnt/plugins/form-maker/frontend/views/FMViewForm_maker.php on line 105

    I am hoping someone can give me a hand in fixing this or at least pointing me in the right direction. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Leon,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    The most probably you use an old version of form maker.

    Please enter the WordPress dashboard > plugins section and check the form maker’s version.

    Our latest free version is 1.13.24 and the latest pro version is 21.13.24. If your plugin’s version will be older then please update and check again.
