Undefined index notice when users doesn’t have manage_options capability

    Hi,

    We noticed that if the user doesn’t have the manage_options capability the following notice appears :

    Notice: Undefined index: options-general.php in /wp-content/plugins/notibar/includes/NotificationBar/NotificationBarHandle.php on line 52
