In latest version (2.0) this plugin is writing an error:
Undefined index: HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR

Seems this error wasn’t debugged for a while, as also in older versions.
I’m using WP 4.9.6
When should be this warning debugged ?

I was sanitizing the server variable before checking to see if it was set. It is always set on my server. I released version 2.1 that fixes that notice.
