    Hey sheffstylz,

The issue could be related to the fact that you’re using a .html page within your WordPress installation. Are you using the [custom-facebook-feed] shortcode within the page editor in WordPress or are you placing the code directly into a file?

Right now we have not even implemented it, the plugin is installed but not even activated, and i’m getting the error.

    Hey sheffstylz,

When viewing your site source it appears that the plugin is still active. If you search for the term ‘cff’ then you’ll see that the plugin’s CSS and JS files are still being included which indicates that the plugin is still active. To deactivate it you would just need to go to your Plugins page and click ‘Deactivate’ under the plugin name.
