    Hello,

I haven’t maintained my site for almost a year. When I went to check in again last week I found that I could not get into the Dashboard, but my public site page access was OK. There were several other forum posts regarding similar issues. I followed one that suggested downloading the latest WordPress and overwriting the wp-admin and wp-includes folders on the host. I did so and now I get the following error for both the admin login and the public page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_spaces_regexp() in D:\Hosting\11955957\html\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3014

I checked and wp_spaces_regexp() is in fact defined in formatting.php. So I’m not sure what to do to fix this.

    Thanks in advance.
    Chris

The blog I need help with is talesfromthehills.net.
