    Hi,

I’m getting a 500 error with the following in the log. I only get this when visiting any of the plugin’s admin pages. WP 4.9.8

[18-Nov-2018 13:06:50 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_real_escape_string() in /home/mydir/mysite.com/wp-content/themes/mytheme/functions/admin-interface.php:108

This plugin does not use that function. So I close the thread.

Perhaps a conflict with the theme then? It only happens in the admin when visiting any of the plugin’s pages.

No. The error message mentions something of WooCommerce, see woothemes_add_admin(''). My recommendation: search in all installed PHP files in /wp-content for the string mysql_real_escape_string. Chances are high that you will find the source of that error.
