Same, I was able to disable the plug-in and get my site back.
I just had this. I put :
if ( !function_exists(‘get_editable_roles’) ) {
require_once( ABSPATH . ‘/wp-admin/includes/user.php’ );
}
at line 218 of wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/stats.php
I found the hint here:
https://github.com/lewismcarey/User-Field-ACF-Add-on/issues/2
Working again.
Whoa JETPACK !!!
Why do you push out plugin updates that bring a whole wordpress site down !!!
not happy.
Me too! Its broken my entire site which is dependent on live bookings!
Not a happy bunny…..
Thank you all for the reports. Other Jetpack users have reported similar issues in this thread. We worked on a fix, that will available in the next Jetpack release (ref: r706924-plugins).
Meanwhile, you should be able to work around the issue by loading just one wp-admin page after upgrading the plugin. This should trigger stats_upgrade_options and solve the issue.
Thank you so much.
Jetpack takes down the website way too often!!!!

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_editable_roles() in /home/content/95/7916595/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/stats.php on line 219
