    Hello, well, you have the issues here several times so I’m not really sure why you asked me to create a new topic, but as you wish. We have the same issues as others.

    Thank you for opening your own thread.

    We’ve done some troubleshooting but we still do not know what is causing this issue, so we will need more information from you to understand the context of this issue.

    From our initial troubleshooting, it seems that a function that should be available during an interim login is not there. Can you confirm if this is the case on your setup? If not, can you please tell us how you / your users are reproducing the issue on your website?

    We have prepared a patched version of the plugin that “forces” the function to be there. Click here to download the 20220923 WP2FA v2.3.0 – undefined function patch.

    Note that this is a blind fix and a workaround, not a solution. Even if it works, we want to learn more about the problem and identify the cause rather than just working around it. If you’d like to help us, can you please send us the System Information file (from the “Help & Contact Us” section in he plugin) via email at support@wpwhitesecurity.com?

    We’d like to see what other plugins you have installed on your website and other setup technical details. Please do not share the system information file on this forum since it contains technical details about your website’s setup.

    P.S. We have asked you to open your own support forum thread because even though you are experiencing the same problem, the source of the problem can be completely different from that of the other user (considering every website has a different list of plugins, theme install etc). So by doing so it is easier to troubleshoot issues, keep track of who is experiencing the issue etc, thus we can provide you with more efficient support.

    Hello,

    I just replaced it with your update, we’ll see. However it’s hard to replicate it. I use it just for admins and two other people have more rights on the site. It hasn’t happened to me but most likely to those two other guys who are not admins but have some critical rights.

    I will be unavailable till Oct 3rd so for now let’s try and see if it happens again. However, I think there is 30 days until they need to reauthorize. I can try to force them to redo it but not now. After I’m back…

    Hello. For now there is no update and we haven’t got any more issues right now. Maybe the update has fixed the problem.
