# Undefined error – Step 2

 * Made it all the way to Step 2 of the Installer where it updates all the links
   and I keep getting this error when I click “Run Update” 🙁
 *     ```
       server code: 0
       status: error
       response: undefined
       ```
   
 * Also the installer-log.txt is blank after this step.
