# Undefined array key “nonce”

 * Hi [@abbpc](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abbpc/), thanks for getting in
   touch.
 * It looks like an issue where the download request is missing the security check
   value from `$_GET['nonce']`, so WordPress is refuses it. I’ve not seen other 
   cases of this happening to other customers, so to help me see the cause, could
   you try a couple of things to let me know how it goes?
    1. Log out of WordPress, log back in, go to the Wordfence scan page, and try the
       download again.
    2. If it still fails, try the same thing in a private/incognito browser window.
    3. Post a screenshot here of the error and of the scan result you were trying to
       download (so I can see which file it is).
 * It would also help to know which browser you’re using and whether anything changed
   on the site recently (new plugin, update, hosting change, etc.)
