 * This plugin works, as long as you don’t want to customize it at all.
 * Their template system literally involves editing core plugin files. This plugin
   fails to use best coding practices and even seems to find downright bad coding
   practices and use them instead.
 * Don’t expect timely, useful, or professional help, even with pro support.
 * All around an absolutely terrible plugin.

 * Actually it is not true :), if you want to create your own template, rather then
   editing core file you need to create a template file in your theme dir, single-
   wpdmpro.php for file info page and taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php for category page.
 * In pro version for custom template you need to copy tpls dir to your active theme
   dir, rename it to download-manager, then you can edit those templates as per 
   your need.
 * So, Plugin is customizable enough as it should be. And about support, we reply
   twice a day in pro support forum 🙂
