Uncontrolled scrollbar when using ocean stick anything

    I can’t use Ocean Stick Anything because it makes my scrollbar uncontrolled. When it reaches the middle of the page, it goes down for no reason. I’m using it for the header. What do I have to do to solve this problem? Thank you.
