Hello, I would love some help with the payment methods on my product pages. I configured 2 payment gateways – paypal checkout and direct bank transfer (I unchecked all the others). But now all my product pages display buttons for paypal, SEPA transfer and credit/debit card payment under my “add to cart” button.
How do they get to appear there, and how can I remove them from there? It’s no good because they don’t even work, and I’d be very happy with just the “add to cart” button.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @knuppi

I tested the link that you shared with me and did not see the payment buttons you mentioned. It could be something that is appearing for logged in users. This is what I was seeing.

I would try logging out of your account and clearing your cache to see if it still appears for you.

Okay, I have changed a setting in a plugin I was using, WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway (which I was surprised to find by the way but must have installed at some point), and now the checkout gateways don’t display on the product site anymore. I don’t fully understand this but I’m happy for now.

Thank you very much for looking into this, @arcangelini! I only saw your post after re-posting myself. Yes, I’m very glad it’s gone now, I found the plugin I mentioned above among my installed plugins, which is described as “a customizable stack of buttons” so I tried to deactivate the most likely setting and now that’s fine. I’ll have to find the setting that deactivates it for the cart page as well and then I hope everything will be good again. Thank you very much for your help!
