Unclosed code

If I have your plugin loaded the following code is added before audio added by the Custom HTML block <!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');</script> this stops all the rest of the code on the page from loading. Can you find the code in the plugin and close the IE 9 bit?

The gray audio players are added by the built in audio blocks and the black audio players are added by shortcode in the built in Custom HTML block.
