 * Hello!
 * I would like to ask a question. Since in the plugin’s [documentation page](http://vip.wordpress.com/documentation/incorporate-co-authors-plus-template-tags-into-your-theme/)
   it says that it applies to VIP, I would like to ask, does it mean that the plugin
   can only be used on sites that are hosted at WordPress VIP, or it is completely
   functional on self-hosted installations as well?
