• Hey Jan,

I’m digging into this plugin to see if I can make it work in my situation but I’m getting an error from the minified script.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘debug’ of undefined.

This error does not impact the posting of comments, but it does prevent my custom jQuery from executing. I’m on WP 3.7.1, no other plugins enabled, and the only option I have checked is the one to always include scripts. This occurs on the WP Twenty Thirteen theme, among others.

The error does NOT occur if I enable debug mode.

I hope that’s enough information for you.

  • Thanks for your comment. Please upgrade to the latest version 0.19.0 which should fix the error.

    Best regards,
    Jan

Hi Jonas, nice work with this plugin. I’m having the same problem. I get “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘debug’ of undefined”.

I’m running the 0.20.0 version of the plugin on WordPress 3.7.1

Thanks for your comment. Could you please send me a link where I can reproduce the problem?

Hi Jonas, thank for your answer but I had to publish te site ASAP so I had to desactivate the plugin and made a workaround for my comments.

Thank you anyway. I hope can use the plugin in the future.

    Hi,
I’ve double-checked the source code and unfortunately, I don’t see any configuration in the most recent version that could cause the “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘debug’ of undefined” error.
You can send me a backup of your WordPress installation and I try to find and fix the error (if there is any error)…
