“Uncaught TypeError” can’t add or delete feed

    Hi, I’ve had CTX Feed installed but unused on a site of mine, with an old Google and Facebook feed active. I wanted to clean things up and create a new feed, but I get critical error messages whenever I try to do anything, and neither deleting or adding new feeds works. I tried doing a fresh install, uninstalling the plugin, manually deleting the uploads/woo-feed and plugins/webbappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce and reinstalling, but I still have the same issue.

    I’m using wordpress multisite and the same plugin works without issue on a new subsite, it’s just the main site that is stuck.

    The status message is the same: There has been a critical error on this website.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The reason for not deleting/adding feed is in conflict with any other plugin. It could be a plugin conflict. So, you are requested to perform a plugin conflict test on your staging site. To find the possible conflicting plugin, Keep other plugins deactivated except WooCommerece and CTX feed and try to regenerate the feed and check if it’s picking up the price correctly.

    However, if it doesn’t help you to find the issue, then please, contact us from here as we have to inspect the issue more deeply.

    Hi, thanks for your reply, I’ve tried deactivating everything else but I still get a critical error when I try to add/remove/modify anything.
