# Uncaught TypeError??

 * Hey guys,
 * I’m just past getting my feet wet with CSS and PHP but now I’m into a whole different
   animal… hopefully someone can help me.
 * I am getting an issue on this page: [http://www.stageonepromotions.com/cms123/dance-bands/new-dance-band.html ](http://www.stageonepromotions.com/cms123/dance-bands/new-dance-band.html)
   
   According to the support who made my gallery plug-in the error is : Uncaught 
   TypeError: Cannot call method ‘toUpperCase’ of undefined
 * But I have no idea what this means and their support isn’t responding to my question
   now, I’m assuming it’s not their plug-in’s fault.
 * Help??

 * Hey Kevin, The photo gallery works fine but the video gallery doesn’t load. It’s
   the little grey loader below the text box. I think it’s conflicting with some
   other script but can’t find where or how. Any ideas?

 * It might be a conflict with the jquery in your theme or another plugin. I recommend
   deactivating all of your plugins except for the video gallery plugin and then
   see if you get the same error. If that doesn’t work try changing your theme.
 * Without seeing all of the source code it’s difficult to give more specific advice.
 * Let us know how it goes.
