   The Symfony\Component\Intl\Collator\Collator::__construct() method’s argument
   $locale value ‘es_ES’ behavior is not implemented. Only the locale “en” is supported.

 * Thank you for reporting this issue. It seems to be a conflict with Otter + WooCommerce
   since the latest version.
 * However, I haven’t been able to reproduce it. Can you let me know exactly where
   this is happening? Or is it happening on the entire site?

    It only failed on the front and WP Admin
   worked fine.
