    Hi,

Our map does not display at bottom left of our website.

    Console shows:

Uncaught ReferenceError: WPGMZA is not defined
    at InitMap (wpgmaps.js:59)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (wpgmaps.js:128)
    at i (jquery.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js:2)
    at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js:2)

We’re using Elegant Theme’s Divi theme.

    Help appreciated.

  • Hi there

Thank you for getting in touch, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

Our plugin is tested compatible with Divi.

Would you be able to temporarily disable JavaScript minification or disable optimization for the site?

The code is currently compressed and not in a human readable form – if you could disable that we will be able to investigate more thoroughly.

    Would that be possible?

    Kind regards
    – Perry

    Yes, no problem, try now.

    Hi there

It appears that the map is now working correctly.

Could you please re-enable that and see if the issue re-appears?

If so, could you please let us know what optimization software you are using so we can investigate any potential conflicts?

    Kind regards
    – Perry

    Hi Perry,

To fix the issue, I disabled JS minify in W3 Total Cache.

I reenabled JS minify in W3 Total Cache and the map disappeared.

Specifically, I was minifying the file: /wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps/wpgmza_data.js

    Regards,
    Steve

    Hi Steve

It sounds like that that file is being discarded.

Thank you for letting us know on that, we will patch this as soon as possible, which should be later today.

    Kind regards

That’s great, thanks very much Perry

    // EDIT //

This is now solved thanks to this thread:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-with-cart-fragments-min-jsver3-3-1/

The problem was the no longer maintained WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife plugin.

    Hi, Perry,

I’m having the same issue, map not displaying at all here: https://parkanddonate.co.uk/

Actually I very briefly see something during page load then it disappears. I’ve been through everything on your support page but no luck. Any help greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Henry
