    Hi,

    After the new update i get this error in google console (see screenshot) :

    Uncaught IntegrationError: The selector you specified (#give-card-number-field-9322-1) applies to no DOM elements that are currently on the page.
    Make sure the element exists on the page before calling mount()

    Do you know what happen and how i can fix it please ?

    Happy to help you!

    This kind of JS issue usually happens when you have something conflicting with GiveWP, OR a plugin/service that caches or minifies it. In this case, I suggest you follow our troubleshooting tutorials using Health Check. It allows you to isolate plugins and change themes for administrator, while the frontend still runs the live version of the website. You can see the documentation here:

    Also, pause Cloudflare if you are using it, removes cache plugins, flush the cache on your server and on your site, stop ani minification or merging with another scripts.

    After that, let me know how it goes.

    Thank you for your reply !

    I have install ” Health Check & Troubleshooting ” is very good !! Normally i make all this steps manually, great advice thanks !

    After switch all plugins off, just 1 active ” Give Donations ” and switch to the default theme ” twenty twenty” the error don’t disapear, she’s always here !! (see screenshots) https://ibb.co/hMgqg6F and https://ibb.co/WpCSSzq

    I would like send you my url website but not publically, my website is not finish, do you have a email where i can send you my url website please ?

    If you need help, I’ll need to be able to access your website, and also, please send along your System Info.

    Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

    That will give me some more context to be able to help.
