    Hi There,

When we try to make changes and save an existing data table all of the tooltips pop up and will not disappear.

The below error appears in the Console

jquery-1.12.4-wp.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 Uncaught Error: no such method ‘hide’ for tooltip widget instance

    Can you assist?
    Thanks

    Hello futureit

    Sorry for inconvenience,.

This is caused by a conflict with some other plugin, definitely. You can try deactivating Bootstrap for back-end in wpDataTables settings, and see if that resolves the issue.

If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

    Best regards.
