• The general look an feel seems like a dead ringer to the osTicket support software.

    If it is so, congratulations on being able to integrate this fine software into WordPress! I do love it and it brings back memories to when I had to customize osTicket.

    Points of recommendations: –
    – Have the ability to customise the new ticket page URL, and name it like so instead of the slightly misleading “Helpdesk URL”.
    – Have the ability to link to a publicly accessible knowledge base, like in osTicket. 🙂
    – Indicate clearly whenever it is in admin mode or staff mode.
