I noticed that the Uncanny report doesn’t track users assigned to courses in children’s groups. Are you guys aware of the issue? Do you guys also have this in the roadmap to fix it?

    Issue:

    • the uncanny report is not considering users assigned to children groups and its courses in a hierarchy group structure, which is a default feature from Learndash. In consequence, we can not visualize the courses progress for those users in the plugin widget.

    Hi @jmifsudbrainyyackcom ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We did want to confirm that the Toolkit plugin (associated with this support forum) doesn’t have any reporting tools that would be related. It sounds like this is related to one of our other plugins, and if so, we’re happy to help you with more feedback from the Help Desk on our website.

We’ll close this for now since it doesn’t seem to be related to the Toolkit, and when you do follow up from your account on our site it would be great if you could confirm the plugin and report you mean. In general, Uncanny Groups optionally supports hierarchies in reporting, Tin Canny doesn’t (mostly for performance reasons).
