 * Is there a way to not cache a plugin?
 * I have a sales website that works with delivery hours and when activating wp 
   super cache plugin when the shipment is open it continues to appear closed

 * You can’t “uncache” a plugin.
 * You can exclude from caching a page that hosts the plugin (the shortcode?).

 * The easiest way to do it is by using JavaScript to display the delivery time.
   
   However, you can use dynamic content caching in WP Super Cache and tell it what
   part of the page shouldn’t be cached. Warning. It’s complicated. Unfortunately
   it can’t be made any easier.
