Have you tried doing this with the Firewall in Learning Mode? It should whitelist the action going forward so it doesn’t block it again.

No I didn’t do it in learning mode. It still blocked the action. I checked the settings, IP was whitelisted. I listed a tag in Cpanel server, but it didn’t give me anything either. More than 24 hours have passed and cannot be verified.

Sorry for the delay. The action is what needs to be whitelisted, not the IP address. Please enable learning mode, perform the action that was blocked several times, then put the firewall back into enabled and protecting mode. That should fix it.
