    Firstly, thank you for this great plugin…. Its a real help.

    I am trying to “unblock” and address, phone number… but every time the client places an order their details automatically get added to the blacklist.
    I have deleted all their details from wmfo, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
    I have successfully unblocked clients in the past but this one wont unblock I think its because I blacklisted them from the orders page.
    How can i rectify this issue

    Hi @mcgav,

    Thanks for trying out the plugin and reporting the issue.
    Please navigate to WMFO >> blocked logs. You will see the reason why the customer is blocked.

    With the current version of the plugin, there is one extra layer for blocking customers. Every time customer generates failed order, it will flag the attempt as a possible fraud attempt. Please navigate to the WMFO >> Fraud attempt logs in the wp-admin dashboard. The user’s detail might be there in the record. If the matching records from possible fraud attempts exceed the allowed fraud attempts, the customer will get blocked.

    FYI, this plugin also supports the whitelisting by customers. Please try that feature if you want to remove certain customers from the blacklist.
