Unbelievably bad customer service

    Buyer Beware. Tried the “trial” version of this Pro plugin yesterday and contacted customer service yesterday. after a series of one word answers, or not answering my questions at all, I am STILL trying to get it to work at 5:00 pm today. Started asking more questions at 8:00 am – nothing has been resolved and it’s 5:00 pm. Good thing they offer a “trial” version because if I had actually purchased this, I’d be even more annoyed.

    Does NOT work with Divi Builder, just so you y’all know. The docs tell you to put the integration code in the <head>, then I’m told I put it in the wrong place and it is CRUCIAL to put it in the FOOTER at the very end before the close of the </body>. tag. Then, I’m told by the same person, put it back in the <head> – and this is throughout the course of the day. No immediate or even relatively quick responses AT ALL.

    Unbelievable. What a waste of time.
    Finding another plugin ASAP
