    What was the fix?

    In case anyone else wants to know. Under staff, then services there is a place you can put a price. the next box is how many times this time can be filled. Thus i had it set to 0 and 0. So no price, but then no spots either. I guess if you have 2 techs and then the second number could be set to 2, thus making 2 appointments for a “tech”. There should be a label on it, or even a pop up saying what it is for. So far this product looks great though!

    Agree with austincell’s last response. This feature needs to be better explained, documented and labeled on the interface. I wasted nearly an hour before I googled and found this thread.
