To enter your phpmyadmin you will require a login and password. Hope you have it. I guess those details are available in your config. php file… * anyway, once you are in the phpmyadmin, you have to select the database and do an export and you will have your sql file that you can instantly download on your computer… * It is easy, but since you have not done this in the past, i suggest you to go to youtube.com and watch a few videos of how phpmyadmin works.
