    Are you logged in as the administrator for that site?

    Is it a network/multisite or a stand-alone WP site?

    The comments before the code that outputs that message say

    Try logging out of your site then removing all cookies associated with the site and domain.

    Its a stand-alone WP site. I cant login as administrator in my control panel because it apears Unauthorized. You may remove the customize messenger channel param to preview as frontend.

    Now i have another problem, the site working fine but again, when i try to login it apears Internal Server Error al that in mysite/wp-login.php.

    I deactivated all plugins, themes, nothing working.
    Server Apache/2.2.31 (Unix) MySQL 5.6.35, PHP 7.0
